我母亲在美国申请485，由于移民局没有找到她的出生公证就在23年2月份deny 485申请。在这里请教了8老师和网友，就立刻file290 to reopen the case. 几个周后移民局寄过来通知，同意reconsider /reopen case. 并把case转到了local field office. 而后就没有任何更新了，已经快一年了。以前485申请online status仍然显示是denied. Local office 也不接受walk in。 目前杳无信息。不知该怎么办？
