如果需要864，我和孩子是不是都是Principal Immigrant （Page 1 part2) on form 864， as we file separate I 485？
-Do you mean your spouse got the green card through EB-1 category? If yes, you and your kid do not need I-864. You and your kid need to file the I-485 separately (i.e., one person one I-485), but mail them together in one package to USCIS.
