请教8老师，父母绿卡。130,485一起寄的。 收到USCIS 发的手机信息130 IOE receipt #, 可以track status. 但试图将这个case 加到我的USCIS 账号里时，收到系统提示

我没有新建过账户，就只有一个当时申请国民的时候有一个。 是USCIS新给这个130 case 建了个account吗？ 怎么才能知道account 信息呢？
