第一点是指和律师签过的合同吗？ what information, if any, counsel provided to the applicant regarding such actions这个是什么意思呢？

-Provide all of the documents including the agreements/contracts, communications, how the lawyer has done or not donebased on the contract, etc.

第二点是用什么呢？allergations是指跟律师之间的email? 其实还有很多微信上的conversation. 

-This includes you have informed the lawyer who did not do his/her job based on the contract/agreement, such as the lawyer was not honest, or had cheating, etc.

My opinion: this case is complicate and it is not easy to win, so you had better hire another lawyer or at least consult a lawyer.
