再向8老师请教问题：Case Transferred To Another Office

今天发现case状态变成"Case Transferred To Another Office"，
说寄给了我一个transfer notice，要我" follow the instructions in the notice"。我现在在外地旅游，至少3周之后才能回去看到这个notice。请问：
1）我应该跟他们联系说明几周内看不到他们的instructions 吗？这种状态有什么需要我按他们指示做的事情吗？
2）这个Another Office是怎么回事？是类似小黑屋的特别调查吗？因为刚交了Finger prints不久。
