朋友（主申请人，EB类）和她儿子去年就在广领拿到移民签证来美国了。她老公没有一起申请移民签证。现在想给她老公在广州办理移民签证。

1. 这种情况下是不是要提交824表呀？

-Because your friend got the immigrant visa in China to enter US, she cannot file I-824 for her spouse's following to join. She needs to contact the National Visa Center (NVC) for follow-to-join information. She can send her inquiry by e-mail to [e-mail] or by writing to the National Visa Center, ATTN: WC, 32 Rochester Ave., Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909.

Then, NVC will send her instructions for her spouse's following to join.

2. 824表中。第2项reason for request 里选哪项呀？看着是选1C， 但是好像1C是给主申请人申请485的。可是我朋友是在广州领事馆申请的移民签证。这一块应该选哪项呢？

3. 在第3项里 1a. Form Number of Previously Approved Application or Petition是不是对于follow to join 不需要填写，只需要在后面的dependents里面填写她老公信息即可？
