我父母是2月份在费城打的指纹，当时由于要赶紧回国，就申请了到广州取回美证。但是在打了指纹以后迟迟没有下文，明年父母就要回来了，请问像这样的情况我应该向那个部门问询？非常感谢

-The I-131 application for reentry permit nomrally take about 18 months currently. You need to contact USCIS to see whether your parents' I-131 application are approved. If yes, then check this link to see whether the approved reentry permits have been forwarded to the US Consulate in Guangzhou:
