Sooner or later, you will be required to provide the I-864 by NVC. So, contact USCIS whether your I-130 has been forwarded to NVC. If yes, contact NVC to update your address there, not have to update your address with USCIS.
If your I-130 has not been forwarded to NVC yet, then you need to update your address with USCIS for your I-130 case.
Otherwise, if you do nothing, you may not be able to receive any letters from USCIS or NVC.
