我的EB-3绿卡是的priority day 是2019-2-14。当时H1b没有抽到所以被雇主relocate到了加拿大。现在priority day 已经current。雇主想用申请L1b的方式让我回美国然后再做身份调整提交绿卡申请。但是雇主的L1b办的有点慢，我有点担心是否会来不及。公司的律师说绿卡申请没有时间窗口限制，只要priority day 变成current什么时候申请都可以。我想问一下绿卡申请的时间窗口是多久（就是雇主最晚要什么时候提交绿卡申请）。谢谢！
