请问8老师: I-864 Form, Page 5, Item 22

22. one or more of the people listed in Item Numbers 8., 11., 14., and 17. do not need to complete Form I-864A because he or she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependants.

My question is: how should I fill out this item #22, on page 5 of I-864 Form? 

I am sponsoring my parents as the only sponsor, and I have sufficient income.

Should I check this box and enter my parent's name here?  Thank you.
