我父母的I131回美证递交已经将近17个月了，到目前为止，网上查找的状态依然是 As of March 16, 2022, fingerprints relating to your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number LINxxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

因为申请的时候依然还是在疫情阶段，有朋友的父母回美证就等了16个月，但现在疫情已经过了，我父母的申请状态也没有改变，已经将近17个月了，请问有没有相似的情况，我们应该怎么办？

-Be patient and wait. Normally it takes about 17 to 18 months, case by case.

我在USCIS的网上申请了Service Request SR，一个月了，目前为止也没有回复。
