我计划为国内的姐姐申请绿卡，请问老师们：出生证，结婚证这些文件都需要在国内做公证吗？谢谢

-Yes. You need your sister's birth certificate and your birth certificate to file I-130 for her, but do not need her marriage certificate for I-130. Her marriage certificate will be needed for her immigrant visa appliction in the future.
