-Yes, any applicant can have a lawyer (not translator) accompany him/her to the USCIS N-400 interview, if needed.

还是需要满足50/20 等条件才能由律师陪同。

-Not have to. If you meet this requirement, you can have the translator with you or the lawyer can also be the translator.
