我目前是F4移民签证受益人的子女，通过F-1签证合法在美国上学。2020年B表到了，已递交DS-260表格并缴费；刚刚7月的排期新表出了之后，A表也已经到了。想请教您一些问题：

1. CSPA年龄问题。USCIS的CSPA新政冻结了CSPA年龄。然而，NVC之前将我的名字从系统中去除了（按照之前的计算方法我已超龄，系统中目前没有我的名字；但是我在2020年已成功提交DS-260表格并有缴费记录，若以DS-260表格提交、缴费时间作为标准，我的年龄被冻结，未超过21岁，可以跟随移民）。之前写信给NVC询问，答复美国国务院并未更改相关计算方法，需要领事馆做出裁定。请问广州领事馆会重新计算CSPA并把我加入移民面试吗？

-You need to contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou to see whether your DS 260 has been forwarded to the US Consulate yet. If no, you need to ask NVC to do it. If NVC has removed your DS 260 case from their system, you had better hire an immigration lawyer to contact NVC to add your name/reinstate your DS 260 based on the new CSPA policy.

2. 若广州领事馆将我安排入移民面试，由于我目前是F-1身份，我去广州领事馆面签，如何办理未婚、未刑公证？此公证是否是国内机构出具？

-You only need tp provide 未刑公证 (non-criminal record or police clearance certificate) from the Chinese Police Department and from the Police Department in your local city/county in your current resident city/area in US. You do not need 未婚公证.

3. 若广州领事馆未将我安排入移民面试，计划在美国申请I-485：

-Probably you are not qualified for I-485 filing because you has been age-out with the calculation begining today.

3.1 在这种情况下，如何办理未婚、未刑公证？此公证是否是美国机构出具？

3.2 关于申请I-290B的时间，是需要在我父母拿到移民签证后的30天内，还是进入美国海关盖了I-551章后的30天内进行申请？

-You are not qulaified for I-290B filing because this form is for the denial of a case in US such as I-485 denial.
