公民的父母持B2签证入境后，要等多久才可以递交移民申请？可以马上申请吗？

-They need to wait for at least 90 days to apply for green card from the day they enter US.

还是等一阵比较好？

还有就是拿到绿卡之前，如何买健康保险？
