请教8老师：家人疫情期间回美证过期但绿卡有效，今年1月持有效绿卡入境时被关小黑屋，和移民官沟通后充许入境并waive了相关手续，但移民宫要求他立即再办一个回美证，第二天他就交了回美证申请并拿到了回执。

现在他计划6月底回美，但现在绿卡有效可回美证还没批下来，想知道

上次入境是不是留下了不良记录？这次入境会再被关小黑屋吗？回美证回执带着有帮助吗？

-It should be fine for you to come back. Show the I-131 Receipt Notice to the officer at the port of entry if they ask you questions and explain your rentry permit application is still pending.

By the way, you had better wait for your reentry permit approval before you travel again after you come back in case your reentry permit application may be denied because it is not your first application.
