老师好，我妈的I-130终于通过了， 接下来我们要准备哪些材料呢？  

-You need to prepare your mother's birth certificate and her non-criminal record certificate (bring this document for the interviw). Please note that her non-criminal record certificate is valid only for 6 months, so you many not do it until National Visa Center (NVC) contact you for the documents.

 我记得以前看到需要提供我爸妈结婚证， 但是上次问她，她都找不到了，我妈都73岁了，一定要补吗？

-Not need.THis document is needed for the father's green card application, not for the mother.

我爸已经过世了。

你觉得需要请律师吗，听别人说挺麻烦，希望接下来的过程不要出错，有点担心

-It is simple procedure and you may do it by yourself. NVC will send you the instructions and you can just follow the instruction to provide the documents and fee.
