3.part 5，问题8，如果我们家有我和我老公（已是公民），三个孩子，加我父母，那我应该填6还是7？

-Put "1" in Item 6 of Part 5 to include both your parents in your household size. Although none of your parents has got green card yet, they may get the green card nearly at the same time. So, you had better include both of them into your household size.

Thus, you need to put "7"in Item 8 of Part 5.

4. 我需要把我老公当成household member 并填写i864a，还是需要当成joint sponsor 并填写另外的I-864?

-Your spouse needs to file two I-864a, respectively, for your father and mother with your two I-864. He does not need to file I-864.
