再麻烦您一次！

律师发给我老公的关于I485 adjustment of status questionare上面，需要填写previous U.S. stay，包括每一次出入境时间，当时身份，哪个城市入境，还要提交所有的支持文件，I-20, H1b, 等等。因为来美国比较久了，换身份很多次，真的需要把每一次转换身份的文件提交上去吗？

-Not need. Your spouse just needs to provide what I suggested in my previous responses. What the lawyer asked for does not mean that is what USCIS required. Tell the lawyer that you did not keep all of these records and then, provide what you have.

有的已经不好找了。

我H1b期间6年回国两次，这种也要填进去出入境记录吗？我以前在什么公司上班，什么职位，薪资都要填，真的需要吗？

-Not need. Just need to provde the I-94, H-1 visa page and H-1 Approval Notice for the last/latest entry.

因为老公也出入境很多次，现在搞得头都大了。并且要求护照整本扫描。需要这样吗？

-Not need. Just provide the information pages, visa page (for latest entry) and entry stamp page (for latest entry).
