今天查看申请记录，发现出生公证是upload在birth certificate 这个label 下的。 可能是我当时的疏忽。猜想是不是因为这个，移民官按照birth certificate 的要求review了？

-I don't think so. Your birth certificate is the proof for the blood relationship with your parents. It is normal that some immigration officer ask you to provide the secondary evidences beucause your birth certificate was issued about more than 20 years later after you were born.

您觉得补充材料的时候应该解释一下吗？-Not need. Just provide what the RFE asked.

还有我的出生公证是20多年前开的，里面没有写父母的身份证号码，如果重新开一个新版的出生公证会有帮助吗？

-No. Your birth certificate does not need to include your parents' ID numbers.
