8老师你好。我在帮妹妹一家填DS－260。我登录时要选 APPLICANT吗？

-Yes, DS 260 is filed by the immigrant visa applicant (beneficiary), but you can use your sister's name to create an account in NVC website and file DS 260 for her. 

选什么登录才能帮她们填写，最后再sign and submit？该怎么回答那个Did anyone assiste you填表的问题？当问配偶是否一起移民时， 他们俩个的表上都要填Yes吧， 因为就一个申请。

-Say "Yes" and put your name as the person to assist the application filing.

微信不在Social Media list上，需要填吗？

-Not required.

我妹夫目前的工作干了十多年，回答yes to 'Were you previously employed?', 只要填近10年的工作经历，那就是现在的工作，没法儿填end的日期，该怎么填呢？

-Leave it blank for the end date.

关于civil 文件，他们两个都是二婚，除了他们现在的婚姻公证，和前任的离婚公证，还需要和前任的婚姻公证吗？网上说 you must obtain original marriage certificate/s or certified copies of EVERY marriage。

-Each of them needs to provide two marrigae ccertificates and one divorce certificate, res[ectively, because they got married twice and divorce once.

我妹的出生公证十多年前申请I-130时就办过，现在需要重新办一个吗？

-Not need if her 出生公证 including the translation meets the USCIS requirements (it seems OK becuase USCIS accepted it for the I-130 filing already).

无犯罪记录有时效, 如果一年以后才能去面试，那么上传的这份已失效，需要再办一份新的去面试吗？

-Yes, need to do a new one when she gets interviewed later.
