申请I30过程中出了俩纰漏：

1. 填表时候曾用名部分填写了无，结果补材料时发现小学材料证明里用了曾用名（时间太久忘记了），这种情况会被拒吗？该怎么破解？

-It does not matter. If the immigrant officer ask it, just explain that you fogot it because you only used this used name in your childhood fro a very short period of time. If not asked, don't mention it.

2. 填表时候说没参加过任何组织，结果补材料时高中就读证明里有团员这一项，公证处一定要把这一项翻译进去，这种情况会影响申请吗？

-I think so. USCIS do not understand what "团员" means and they may consider it as the Communist Party related organization. Thus, it may result in confusing.

Do USCIS ask for the 高中就读证明? I am very curious why you provide this document. Normally, 高中就读证明 is not needed for the family-basede category immigration. 

If USCIS ask for this document in the future, you need to ask the school to issue a new 高中就读证明 which does not include "团员" experence and then, do the 公证 again.
