请教八老师 - I-140 批准后从Consular Processing 转为境内processing

八老师：

收到移民局的通知（Form I-797C, Notice of Action) 于11/03/2021 如下， 到现在没有收到 NVC 的进一步通知。 当时由于我TN的身份选择了CP, 但现在我已经拿到H1B，可以在境内转换身份了。我的优先日期在08/2020。现在是否需要按照下面的instruction, to follow up with the NVC for the further instuction. 当然这个其实是没有用的因为我要在境内转换身份。还是等到临近我的优先日期时，把我的申请直接转为境内处理就可以了？ 谢谢！

What the Official Notice Said
The above petition has been approved. We have sent it to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action. It also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. The NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.
This completes all USCIS action on this petition. You should allow a minimum of 30 days for Department of State processing before contacting the NVC. If you have not received any correspondence from the NVC within 30 days, you may contact the NVC by e-mail at [e-mail]. You will need to enter the USCIS receipt number from this approval notice in the subject line. In order to receive information about your petition, you will need to include the Petitioner's name and date of birth, and the Applicant's name and date of birth, in the body of the e-mail.
The NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.
