父亲申请绿卡被拒，女儿作为dependant一起递交了485，自然一起被拒。女儿交485之前是f1高中生，请问：

1. 是不是学校每年暑假前给签过I-20，包括485被拒后，就算维持住了f1身份？-Yes. 

2. 有网站可以查到女儿的f1身份还有效吗？-Her F-1 status is still valid as long as she still studies in the school as a full time student.

3. 如果回国，还可以用她还没过期的visa回来吗？visa有可能被revoked了吗？-The visa is still valid, but she had better not go out of US, in case she may have trouble to come back due to immigrant intent.

4. 如果visa被revoked去加拿大两周还能回美国来吗？-See above.

5. 申请大学，大学会查她递交过485吗？-No. 会给她新的I20吗？-Yes.

6. 高中和大学之间有三个月的gap，怎么解决？申请夏校？-Do nothing. She can legally stay in US during the F-1 transfer from the high school to the college as long as the gap is less than 5 months.
