我是2018年一月递交的i751。婚姻绿卡。资料很好。老公公民， 结婚四年了，儿子两岁了。共有房产等等。  当时给了12月extension, 后来又加到十八个月。现在十八个月限期快到了（今年10月初）打电话给USCIS说八月底会给答复。现在九月初什么都没有。USICS 又说九月中旬可以给他们打电话，在申请extension. 想请问

1.我的资料自问没有问题，为什么会等这么久？（超过了normal processing time) 还是现在人人都等这么久？  

-Every kind of the cases takes a long time in these days. So, you may have to be patient and wait. You may ask the US Senator/Congressman in your state for help.

2.我的extension 10/8 日到期。这个月（九月）需要出差欧洲， 9/23 回美国，请问如果我来不及在出国前拿到正式绿卡或者extension，入境有问题吗（因为公务，丈夫小孩不会随行？）-No problem.

2.如果到时回国后还拿不到正式绿卡， 从9/23 － 10/8申请extension还来得及吗？现在工作很好，不希望中断。-Even if you do not get the extension in time, you still can continue to work for your current employer because the expiration of your conditional green card extension does not affect your permanet resident status during the I-751 pending. If you need to travel abroad or change your job during this period of time, or your current employer does not understand the immigrtation law well, You can calll USCIS to agree you to make an appointment to the local USCIS Field Office to get the green card stamp on your passport to extend it.
