再请教尊敬的8老师有关领养...

绿卡身份, 配偶美国公民, 到中国领养. 请问8老师或知晓的朋友, 如果以绿卡身份领养, 程序是否比美国公民的要容易些, 合法吗？之前和之后应做什么功课和准备, 以后才能顺利把小孩带到美国？
