我母亲这次入境被警告只能在美三个月，到6月底，而且出境后一年内不允许入境（因为前次在美一年，且仅距离4个月再次来美）。我的公民面试在6月初，本想入籍后立即给母亲申请绿卡，突然国内收到通知我姨妈给母亲办理的f4移民排期已到，可以开始网上申请移民签证及面试。

 

想请问一下，我母亲是否可以在境内办理f4，办理f4后6月份以后在美身份是否还合法？
