现在在现公司renew H1B，等待批准之后，去新公司用EAD工作。万一AOS被据，做H1B transfer转回H1B。

-No. If you use EAD to work, your H-1 status is void. Then, if your I-485 is denied, you need to do what I suggested in above response.

那么关键是需不需要在现公司等待H1B renewal的批准呢？
