再问关于petitioner information

8老师，关于ds260表。我和妻子应该分别填两个表；我自己可以选petitioner is my self；但是妻子那份表， 我也选petitioner is my self吗？除了self，还有 employer， prospective employer 和 other 三个选项。如果选择other，系统就会跳出来下图，如果不填，则无法保存，无法进入下一步。请问我妻子是选self吗？她是我的dependent，我是主申请EB2NIW。期待老师能有空回复。麻烦您了！另外，我以前有SSN号，是不是可以不选择要新号？
