1. 我们一家三口去年四用递交了485，现在只有我收到RFE,要求提交出生公证，先生和女儿都没有收到。经了解我们提交的出生公证不符合美国移民的要求，我的问题是先生和女儿是不是也需要重新办理出生公证呢即使现在没收到RFE。还是他们的case已经审过了不需要提交了？

-If their birth certificates are in the same format as yours, they had better do the 出生公证 again in case USCIS may ask for it in the future (don't provide their new 出生公证 unless USCIS ask for it like you)..

2. 去年申请485时同时申请了EAD，但今年六月到期，今年1月底我们又renew EAD，想请问一般多长时间可以收到，是不是如果现在EAD 失效，收到新的EAD前就要停止工作？

-You still can continue to work up to 180 days after your current EAD expires duirng the EAD renewal is pending.
