我eb1已经提交485，我先生作为dependent也提交了485。我们去年底面试完，不幸目前eb1排期滞后。

-You and your spouse just need to write a letter to request USCIS to do the I-485 interfiling, i.e. both of your I-485 transfer from your I-140 to your spouse's I-140. Provide the copies of both I-140 aprpoval notices and copies of both I-485 receipt notcies. That is all! You don't need to pay any money for the I-485 interfiling! Then, USCIS will approve your I-485 based on either your I-140 or your spouse's I-140, depends on which I-140 priority date is current first.
