-When applying for a B2 visa, just say to visit you temporarily, and will return to China after the short visit. Never say she will apply for the green card again. After she enters US, you had better wait for about 3 months, then sponsor her green card application.

By the way, if she cannot get the B2 visa, you can file I-130 for her to apply for the immigrant visa in China after she abandons the green card. Then, she can use the immigrant visa to enter US to become a green card holder directly.
