8老师您好！我2018年2月递了Eb1的140+485+ AP +EAD, 3月去USCIS采集了biometrics; 6月收到了AP+EAD, 但是都没用；7月递了NIW和O1, O1去年底批了。今年1月Eb1拒了，前几天NIW的140批了，收到的USCIS 797上写的PD是2018年2月，而不是递交NIW的7月。

-Sometimes teh IO made a mistake on it, so you should not use that wrong priority date to file your I-485 in the future because USCIS will check your case very casefully during they process your I-485 and will find the mistake. So, just remember the date you filed your NIW I-140 which is your correct priority date.

想着Eb1拒了，那么485也就自动失效了。现在看到这个PD仍然是我交485的时间，我不知道是否我的485还有效？

 我6月份要回国两个多月，不知是否应该用AP出境和入境（快过期了，需要重新申请），还是在中国申请O1签证回来？

-The I-485 will be denied later. You had better apply for the O-1 visa to come back in case you have trouble to reenter US using AP.
