我太太O3 转F1, 那我儿子O3转F2 是需要单独的 I-539， 还是 attach an I-539A together with my wife’s I-539? 费用是$370 还是$370 + $370？ 好像最近（since Mar 11 2019) 移民局有新的i-539 form and 费用， 需要额外$85/person biometrics fee. 希望8老师帮忙confirm 一些，以免弄错。

-One Form I-539 plus Form I-539A for both your spouse and your kid. The fee is $370 plus the two biometrics fee (i.e. $85 + $85 = $170). So, issue a check of $540 for both people.
