父母绿卡收到补交体检表格通知， 我是Mail the completed I-693 form to local Field office (as instructed by the letter) or shall I submit them in person? Which one is better?
-You may just mail it out as instructed, but use registered mail so that you can track the mail.
Another question - Does the civil surgeon need to include the blood test results inside the envelope together with the completed/signed I-693 form? My civil surgeon office did not do so, but I would like to confirm. My father also had a chest X-ray done and the result is normal. Not sure if we need to include the Chest X-ray report in the sealed envelope as well?
-Yes, ask the doctor to put all of these documents in one envelope, and then seal and sign cross the seal line.
