8老师，i485 file超过180天了，我工作的高校在西部将在3月给办加急第二次延期（8月底到期），估计在4月初就能办下来延期。我6月底回一次中国，而且需要到领事馆去面签。但是有打算在5月换一个新学校在东部，

请问延期以后的H1B可还有用，如果我换到新学校去？会不会影响我6月底回国的面签？

You must use the H-1 approval notice sponsored by the new school to apply for the visa and enter US. In this case, you can only enter US in advance just up to 10 days before the new H-1 is effective.

估计老学校这边6月结束合同，新学校9月开学，两个合同中间是不是不能有间隔呀？

如果绿卡面试发生在间隔这段时间，是不是很有危险？
