尊敬的8老师，你好！我2016年12月收到140批准（EB1A），2017年2月递交485申请，在2018年4月时收到过一次补件要求，按时补件。苦苦等到现在终于等到排期到，以为绿卡会到，没想到再次收到补件要求。

我的问题是，如果补件不符合移民局的“完整”或者不够有说服力，我的485申请会被拒绝吗？

我必须马上离开美国吗？

-Depends on whether you have a non-immigrant status.

我有申诉权力吗？

-Yes, you can file I-290B, Motion to reopen/reconsideration or appeal. If your I-485 is denied, just hire an immigant lawyer to help you to file I-129B. By the way, normnally I-485 RFE is very easy to respond to, and just provide what USCIS asked for, and it will be fine. So, you don't need to worry too much.
