还是上次朋友的问题：
1，父母拿到移民签证以后需要入关以后等正式绿卡，是不是登陆以后就可以为未成年孩子申请绿卡，还是要等到 正式的绿卡下来之后才可以申请？
-Technically, they can file I-130 for the kid immediately after entering US using the immigrant visa, but had better wait for the plastic green card and then, do it. 2，因为父母去美国之后孩子未成年没有绿卡没办法随行，父母需要办回美证延长居留时间，等待孩子绿卡批下来才可以赴美。如果申请回美证的话，是在登陆以后就可以申请？还是要等到拿到正式绿卡才可以申请？
