本人LPR身份在国内工作多年，打算申请reentry permit。请教8老师我可否在美递交I-131后先行回国、待收到biometrics taking通知后再回美国打指纹？完后回中国等待申请批文？另，再请教目前从递交I-131申请到通知打指纹大约需要多久，我住宾州。非常感谢8老师的时间和帮助！

-You had better conduct the fingerprinting before you leave. You may request expedited processing for the biometrics appointment and thus, USCIS will send you the biometircs appointment within 10 to 14 days. Read:
