请问高人们，网上查到给父母办绿卡有些需要的材料如下，但是我有些问题想请教。

我目前没有工作，在读书（非全职），这种情况所需要的以下材料该怎么解决？
-You file I-864 and your spouse files I-864A together. Read I-864 and I-864A instructions.

需要把我老公加进来作为co-petitioner吗，

• Most recent bank statements (3 months)? （老公的银行证明吗？）-Not need if your spouse's income is enough.
• Petitioner’s employment verification letter? （需要我的学生证明信和老公的在职信吗？）-Only need to provide the employment verification letter from your spouse's employer.
• Petitioner’s three bi-weekly pay stubs? （老公的工资单吗？）?-Not need.
• Federal Tax Return (e-filed) for the last 3 years (2015-2018)-Yes, the copy of tax returns or tax transcripts from IRS.
