情况如下：
我是美国公民，在去年6月用亲属移民同时为父母申请绿卡。上周收到信，说两个人485都批了。昨天已经收到母亲的绿卡。但是今天收到信，说父亲的case is reopened: We have reopened your case, or reconsidered the decision previously issued on your case. We will notify you in writing when we make a decision on your case or if we need additional information.
我明白父亲的批准被收回了，现在需要重新考虑，可能要求新的资料。现在老人和我的心情都很忐忑，担心母亲被批准而父亲被拒。
请问老师，一般会出现什么样的问题，什么情况下申请可能被拒绝？请问各位朋友是否有类似的经历？
-Most likely it is a mistake. It is not unusual that some IO sometimes mixed the thing up and sent you the wrong message. So, you may contact USCIS to see what happened or just wait. I don't think it is serious.
后来情况怎样了？我只能想到的因素只有父亲年龄过80岁了，母亲还没有。谢谢大家！
