对后面的485面试及批准有什么影响？
-It should not affect the I-485 approval. Just tell the truth during the interview and provide all of the documents about this cases during the interview.

需要移民律师介入么？-Not need to waste money. This is a very small case.

坐标纽约。三月份上庭。

现在能够做点什么补救？小孩已经意识到了错误。
