1. 申请国内父母移民美国，需要提供他们各自的出生公证和在国内的无刑事犯罪公证吗？
-Yes, but if they wil come to US to file I-485, then not need 无刑事犯罪公证.
如需要出生证或出生公证，证件上需要列出什么信息呢？
-Your father/mother's name, date of birth, place of birth and his/her parents' names.
父母年纪大了，他们的双亲早已离世，也没有能证明他们和我祖父母关系的资料，这种情况父母移民还必须提供他们的出生（公）证吗？
-Don't need your grand parents' birth certificater.
2. 中国公民的十年访美签证还在有效期限内，但是护照将过期，换了新护照后，还要重新申请来美签证吗？
-Not need. Just bring the old passport and the new passport together to enter US. But if you have filed I-130 before they enter US using B2 visa, they may have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent.
