绿卡给未满21岁的子女申请绿卡，等待之后说是超龄1天，移民局收到申请的时候没满21岁。就被拒了。

然后孩子结婚了，F1。

如果父母变公民，再给已婚的孩子申请绿卡，还能用上次的排期吗？

-No. Because your kid got married before you became a US citizen, your previous I-130 (F2A or F2B) has been void automatically. Thus, you cannot use the priority date of the old I-130 as that of the new I-130, i.e. the priority date cannot be protable in this case.
