我父母这个月底就要在广州面试了，在我整理文件的时候突然发现有一项是 original or certified copies of birth certificates for All children of the principal applicant ( even if he or she is not accompanying), 我本人现在是离婚且单身，在中国有个姐姐，请问我还要提供我姐姐的出生公证拿给父母去广州面试吗？
-Not need because your sister has been over 21 years old.

在申请父母移民的过程中，他们从来也没有提起过要这个公证我实在是不理解，有知道的或者经历过的麻烦能帮助解答一下吗？非常非常感谢。
