谢谢8老师。给uscis打电话他们说我的case还在正常时间呢，说要两年还没动静才给open case呢。您说的service request 是指这个吗？
-No. You need to check with USCIS to see whether your case has been upgraded from F2A to the immediate relatives of US citizens. Just call USCIS to tell them you need service request which means you request USCIS to track and transfer your inquiry to the USCIS office best able to assist.
