我LD下个月485current，但他5月份失业了，最近才拿到H4EAD，在找工作，我们想问他能交485吗？
-Yes. He needs to provide a signed statement confirming he intends to work in the occupational field specified in the Form I-140. For example, what kind of job he wants to find, e.g. faculty in college, research scientist in a research institute or industrial company, what kind of research project he plan to conduct and how this project is important to the US interests, etc. Statement is not more than two pages, and it should be concise.

-Try to find a job in case USCIS may send him RFE for the employment status later.
