-Just say "Retired".
- I-485 党员的解释，我妈妈在2015年就停止交党费了，所以这种情况下，是不是就解释何时开始，何时结束就好了？-She still needs to write a statement addressing when and why she joined the Party (e.g. employment, promotion), what activities she participated in (e.g. routine Party Group meetings/activities, etc.), and when she quitted the Party. If iis very helpful if she can provide the proof that she quitted the Party such as a letter from the local Party Secretary or Party Group leader.
