I-765问题: 1.a. Initial permission to accept employment, or: 1.c.

请教8老师和众位老师：目前有还在有效期内的H4 EAD，还有两个月有效期。现在要申请 I-485 pending 情况下的EAD. 在这新的申请里，Part 1, Reason for Applying, 是应该选 1.a. Initial permission to accept employment, 还是应该选 1.c. Renewal of my permission to accept employment 呢？换言之，这个 (c)(9) EAD 是算全新申请呢，还是应该算现有的 (c)(26) EAD 的 renewal? 先谢过了！
