1. 填写485时，目前的J-1经历是否需要作为自己Employment History的一部分？

-Yes.

2. 如果485被拒，会失去目前的J-1和F-1身份吗？如何避免？

-It will not affect the J-1 or F-1 status, but if you travel out of US, then you may have trouble to return using F-1 or J-1 visa due to immigrant intent.
